Why we celebrate Easter?

 Hello dear readers!

At this time of the year, here on our tiny rock we celebrate Easter in full swing.

Balconies, windows and open spaces are decorated and many villages prepare for the Holy Week with Maundy Thursday celebrations, Good Friday processions,  Easter Vigil on Saturday night and procession with the statue of  the risen Christ on Sunday morning.

Weather if you believe or not in Christianity, these activities attract many villagers and tourists alike.

If you believe, these times bring a profound inner consciousness of life.

If not, may these times brings you happiness as, after all, Easter is about rejoicing!
